That special one !

People...was just thinking a bit global on love and cultural impacts on it. I see a subtle difference between lovers of the west and asia.

The Asian couples seem to be a bit more interactive..in the sense that they consider themselves as compulsory to be available whenever they are called/seeked by there lover and the point to be observed is BOTH sides enjoying talking to each other...and this i see it as a common phenomena between Young and the Old.

Whereas Western couples seem to be a bit different here...good that they have high self esteem and the way they prioritize there eveyday life. But do you realise that ignoring his intentions to talk to you time and again creates a lacuna between you and him ? And thats the start of the void between the relatonship.

Statements such as "How about me getting back in an hours time ?" or "Not today....but how about tomorrow or the day after ?" are just clear indications of lack of care or call it Self Centric.

Not complaining abt Western lovers but just made this observation for some time now.

I think we live a short time in this world and believe that we should give more time for that special person in life...superseding ur self esteem or priorities....After all...Nothing Else Matters !

Cheers !

I can't understand why the world thinks we Americans are so cold???

I've helped out Brother, sister mother friends ect...

And quite a few TCNs in my day...

What do you think we shyt our families away when we turn 18???

People are people all over the world...

And I know there are many dead beats in ALL parts of the world...

That don't help their families at all...

to be honest, also in my age i would be lost without Mam and Dad.They are helping me and advicing me and i have to say my Mam is always right. At the first moment i dont want to see it but...at the end i have to say her words and life experience is great. Thanks God they both are still in good conditions also in the high age they have.

I respect your values and sincerely Loaning money is two way street and sometimes, most of the time our relatives, brothers, cousings, aunts etc, etc (not including our parents in this subject), are the worst offenders.

But when it comes to friends, so called friends I don't have no mercy in saying NO!.

That is just me.

As an Asian, I follow what my parent thought me, no matter what happen family comes first and try to balance everything else around it.

Example if my brother family got some problem with money, I hv no problem to give my money to help them out without expecting to receive back someday. As I know someday when I need help they are there for me. Or we talk alot and talk about anything. Even very private and personal. Which I think western dont do that as you all believe thats personal matter.

Well thats my opinion.

Everybody is right and Everybody is wrong, its depend where you stand

we do...family matters a lot...sometimes we tend to give up everything just to make them contented and at peace (stating on my personal experience)...same applies to the person we love.. if really needed we cross bridges and mountains just to get to them..call being passionate..:)

My post is an observation a sharp phenomenon occuring between the ppl of the West and something not heard of in the East.

The case of Mix couple should be interesting as the Asian partner can easily observe the ignorance (as a verb) in due course of time. This would have been of slighter chance if the lover came from Asia or the Subcontinent. There IS a difference Novita..I've observed it.

Age can never be a hurdle for REAL love. As long its like "I am your man..Your my girl...And nothing else matters"

Real love would make him confront everything and everyone for him to reach you. So if you fall in love with some one younger...go get em' baby. !
