Staff Meal at Cafe-Ceramique
Dear Cafe Ceramique,
i wish to submit a formal complaint about the quality of meals that you are delivering daily to your customers. After more than a year of consistently ordering from your restaurant, it has come to my attention that most meals are now being prepared from the previous days left overs. Its is obvious that the food is not fresh,and to serve your loyal patrons sub standard meals quite frankly i find that quite appalling.Your kitchen chef has until recently been quite innovative, and unfortunately the quality of food has drastically deteriorated.
Word of mouth is an important marketing tool,therefore we would recommend that therefore this practice must come to an end.We are paying you for your services and if the food is not up to standard we will simply cease to consume your product or present our case to the consumers board.
What is the point of posting your letter here? If you don't like their food, go somewhere else.
It took you that long to find out the food is stale :P
