Steps to live Healthy
Being fat is a disaster because you are risk with many diseases...but we can combat all disease and complications as long you are healthy, happy, confident, and most of all had own identity.
here are the steps to live healthy ...
1. Set a Goal (Ask yourself.. Why I want to become slim...to lose weight...or to become healthy, even I'am fat... but cuddly and lovable chubby woman)
2. Motivation (The reason why? For my hubby? to my boy/girl friend? to other who always bullying me I'am fat? or for myself? Come to think of it...is for your own sake..for your self...You don't want to be depressed...I'am already tried of seeking dresses fit for me... i want small sizes..or i don't want to be hospitalized..)
3. Start Now ! Not Later (if you set your goal ....start now...avoid fats.. send all your XXXL clothings to charity... display your most sexy pic in your area...and tell ...i want that again...if not display your hospital bill in your area were easily got your sight...and tell ...my GOD... i waste my money.. and never happen again..Remove all sugary food, cake, ice creams, in your fridge...if you think KFC or fast food... think that too much oily is bad ..at least think salads.. but limit mayonaisse)
4. Be TRUE (Honesty is the best policy... Don't cheat your self... if you engage to take less carbs... don't cheat.. or avoid sugary... don't cheat.. or to have walk to corniche... go.. don't tell I'am lazy.. think alternative.. if you are Busy.. walk in your office stairs.. or hall way.. for 10 minutes tea break at least... or instead to drink soda's or cola.. drink green tea or more water.... or think green.. )
5. Smile..... Treat your self after a week.... Eat to hell.. but don't induce vomitting.. just remember all too much is bad.. to health.. remember you spent so much time just to attain your goal..
6. Be Happy.........Have Confident to your self.. Check your budget and see you save..
