Teachers know best ;)..........

Without inspiration the best powers of the mind remain dormant, they are a fuel in us which needs to be ignited with sparks. Learn from Life. Appreciate Life. LOVE Life.

Teachers don't know everything. Depends where they were educated and their own personal values.

haha thanks mrshah :)

DK ....my subject title "teacher's know best.." is in light hearted humour thats all.

Im not going to attach evidence etc...

Have we come to a point that we can't say one word without it being scrutinised?

Teachers are human beings..thus, are not omniscient. Now, to say 'teachers know best' is an incomplete statement. It has to be stated with a context.

By Missteacher• 5 Mar 2012 22:37
Missteacher

Fair enough DK, each to their own....

What limitations do you mean concerning teachers however? :P

By anonymous• 5 Mar 2012 21:57

Fine, here is my take...God is a figment of imagination, all teachers have limitations and life is chaotic or unpredictable.

All three I guess!

I never made the picture quote remember only sharing it! :)

Yeah take it easy!!

Why do people come on here to cause problems? I put a nice message up and you have to degrade the profession of teaching. Even teachers with 'more experience' can be rubbish teachers btw so don't go down that alley with me. Don't know how you know how much experience I have anyway, maybe looking at my other forums?

OH and I have a sense of humour but guess what...I don't find you to be very funny!!

You go on about teachers not knowing what they are 'going on about' and being the most boring people in the world. Generalising us like we are a new type of species, we are all human and therefore all different! Especially with your comment.."Teachers should know better.." - laughable.

Also it doesn't take Einstein to know you will offend someone in the teaching profession with your comments. Yeah if I knew you or had spoken to you before and knew you were kidding then maybe I would see it in a different light, but I don't.

I really don't think it is necessary to psychoanalysis the picture for goodness sake, it was meant to be a positive message to people going through rough times, and I liked the teacher part!

Finally, my signature is fine how it is thanks.....you don't give respect, you don't get it back. simple!

Even you should know that....being an experienced teacher an all??? :P

Have a super day now!!

@ Chris_uel....I think you are clearly in the wrong profession.

I love my job and my children that I have the pleasure of teaching and care very much about their education and life long learning.

I don't know everything, no one does...we are learning until the day we die. If you have a passion to teach and watch children flourish and achieve their own personal goals this is the perfect vocation for you.

Anyway was only trying to share a positive message

hi Teachers..............:-) how are you all doing, i hope good, well i think we all should respect every profession n yes teahcers are our first and last mentors, but they built a structure of a student, but unfortunetly not every studnet is smart why??it means every teacher is not necessarily agood teacher, so who to credit for agood student? and who to credit for a bad student, well i have no experience of teaching but i gave private tuition, and my first sentence to my every student was, dear if you want to study then am ready to teach you otherwise...........i cant make you understand :-)

i taught science and maths :-)

I great Indian saint said:

Guru and God both are here,

to whom should I first bow,

All glory be unto the guru,

path to God who did bestow.

All my respect to all the good teachers...:)
