A Kuwaiti police man raped an Asian girl in the Gulf emirate and threatened her against reporting him before giving her his mobile phone number.
The cop was on a routine patrol in his police car when he spotted the girl walking on the road in the capital Kuwaiti City.
He stopped the girl and asked for her identity card before forcing her into his car and driving to an isolated area, where he raped her.
“She later went to the police station and reported the rape case,” the Kuwaiti Arabic language daily Alwatan said.
“When police asked her to describe him or give them the car plate number, she said she could not…but she told them he gave her his mobile number.”

Kuwait is known for its highest rate of rape in the region.
So he gave her his phone number as in "existing/personal" phone number? Seriously?

the only thing isn't clear why on the earth he would give her his mobile number.. so that she could give him a call, in case she wants to get raped again?

would think you must have rocks in your head to make up something like that in this part of the world and risk being imprisoned yourself for any number of things, chief amongst them is sexual relations with someone who is not your husband
Maybe she's making up teh story :O(
maybe he saw her exposed knees... or uncovered feet or exposed hair...
that's why Arab Country prohibited wearing sexy dress in the public place....
most probably she will get deported for letting him do her...
Let's hope that the judicial system deals with him "fairly" and she gets justice
