Time Out Doha

Hi,

I just got back from Family Food Center. I went to buy a few cook books that were newly released. Anyway, I came across Time Out Doha. Pretty impressive while a lot of people complain that there isn't much to do here. On their resources page I found Qatarliving as one of the listed sites. Cool.

The next time you are out, grab a copy, you might be entertained.

Thought of sharing my experience.

Happy Thursday!

Midfielder, I shop at FFC because it is close by. Lulu is close as well, and the Giant Stores, but I like using my airmiles card when I shop. I at least feel that I am getting something in return.

britexpat, hehe it isn't just about Qatarliving. Its about fun stuff to do in Qatar.

Have rediscovered cooking since moving over here - so many fine ingredients avail pretty cheap - plus gives you something rewarding to do with the avail hours after work.

Anyone tell me what might be better to go to FFC for vs Dasman and Carrefour?

...it's so relaxing for me. Not sure why but I really love it even though 'am not an expert. the entire process of cooking and being in the kitchen makes me feel so close to myself.

WOW!! I didn't see that thread. All the recent posts are of religion and non-sense, I missed it. Thank you so much for bringing it to me. I went to buy cook books because I love to cook and it is fun and relaxing for me. I am sick of all the books that I have, so I thought of getting something different and new.

Why did you go to buy a cookbook when I have already started a Kitchen Lovers thread:
