The 4th person you can put in the back booth. Police will not know.
you can cram in 10 people without any trouble.
That's normal (The Norm in Qatar).
You are allowed to speed, talk on your mobile whilst driving, have kids stood up or sat on your lap whilst you drive, tail gate, jump red lights, drink and drive (only for some though).
There is your answer, do all of the above and people won't notice the extra person in the back :-)

no- these cars are approved for 5. 2 in front and 3 in the back.
