TRANSFORMERS THE MOVIE!!!
Transformers the Movie rocks! Watch it and you'll know what I mean. Bumblebee is now a sleek Chevrolet Yellow-Racing Stripes Camaro. Unlike other movies, this one doesn't make you feel you've been fooled. It gives you the impression of the real action in the real place by making you feel that you are in there as they are!
When it's fighting, it really is a street-robot fighting heavy metal punch, throw, slam and so on! The story is simple and cool!
transformers FTW!

To conquer without risk is to triumph without glory
The Qatar scenes were actually filmed in New Mexico, hence the white sands and mountains. The depiction of the village was pretty funny though. I have only traveled outside of Doha a few times to the surrounding countryside, but I doubt that there are any villages here that look like that. They could have done just a tad bit more research on the country they were setting part of the movie in. Then again, it is Hollywood.
ha ha , did u guys notice the hills/mountains in qatar? ... and the qataris depicted look cool too!!
does the military camp here hav a restricted 10km radius air space? jus curious.
its been billed as the costliest car AD!

I loved the bit where the chevvies get trashed. Piles of junk. They should have used Land Cruisers. I can see that the film was made with US money, so they wanted US cars, but chevvies are not the cars to defeat evil robot overlords. You'd melt before the air-conditioning started to work.

I love the movie too!
And, it was surprising that the first scene is from some military camp in Qatar, and Qatar was mentioned several times as they try to trace the first few bouts in that area!
The mechanism of when they transform to robots, is awesome! The intricate movement of even the smallest mechanical part is way far out.
Although not much, but the sense of humor is also appealing.
I loved the movie !
Anyone know where the mountains of Qatar are ?
I loved the movie too... especially the black mustang :)
It really does rock ... a must see flick for all car lovers out there ....
