Two things that bother me in Qatar....

Vegas
By Vegas

1. Parking in a traffic circle so I can only guess if a car is coming...

2. People honking their car horns in the garage under the apartment building...

a general awareness program on "How to behave on Roads with Vehicle" for a day on weekends every month.

I will be one of the attendees.

1) The most annoying and dangerous when a Car starting from a side Parking lot without indicators.

2) When cars were parked on the LHS of the roads blocking the view of the vehicles flow, while taking right turns.

Vegas-some drivers waiting and honking from the parking garages, to send a reminder calls to students or passenger from their homes to hurry up.

I almost got in a wreck last night cause the LC sitting there with it's ultra bright lights blinded me and I couldn't see if any cars were coming around the circle...At least dim the freaking lights...

They seem to think the circles are meeting places...

They are cracking down on the loose kids...

That what all those new signs popping up are about...

Although they are not very clear...And they are walking down the streets writing tickets at the traffic lights...

But not consistent enough...

And RP....Shut up your not funny....ever...

You don't even make any sense...

You can't teach experience...

Vegas, just smile every morning, then I will complain twice.

Your ugly smile and your ugly face is enough every morning.

what bothers me:

- people that takes forever to respond to a green light, that when your turn comes, the light changes to red already.. :/

- people driving very slowly and when you go past them, you find out the reason is because he was texting. :/

- people who drive with a small child on their lap.. it makes me wanna get out of the car and strangle that driver to death... :/

- also bothers me when they let their children bounce around in the backseat even when on the move.. it's just as bad as letting your child sit up front without buckling up... :/

I'm totally with you on the car seat thing. I just hate to see how these families will feel after being hit by another car and having their kids/babies killed in the crash because they didn't put them in a car seat.

Oh, and all other driving issues here.

I'm always amused by by the parking on roundabouts. I assume its because they're trying to get their bearings, rather than driving in circles.

i hate it when i am riding my bike at night, you get over excited people dangerously tail gating you, i swear sometimes i feel the person is so close that if i even lift an arm i will be his new hood ornament....

or the way on left only or right only signals, people love to barge their car right infront of yours instead of wait like the rest of the helpless saps....

i can go on for ever...

Things I hate about driving here:

**People who do not know about roundabouts. They are always in the wrong lane and cut into you.

Learn the rules and follow the arrows.

**Those that Speed up behind you and flashing, then after us being stubborn or right, them giving in and going to another lane completely.

They did not want to be in that lane, they were just weaving.

**People who come out of junctions too far, why do that?

All you do is make the other driver either smash into you or swerve into another lane.

**No knowledge of indicators.

Those are flashy, blinkey, bright things that let other road users know you are turning or switching lanes.

**Driving slowly in the middle lane whilst texting.

Why?

Are you that important it can't wait?

**Blocking us in when parking.

Are you SO sure you will be finished before me?

Some people over here should not be behind the wheel of a car.

My thoughts are my own, but I doubt my Mum would agree with some of them.

You always have to guess whether a car will turn left or right. No signals.

I dont get the first one :( what is parking in a traffic circle?

Ok i'll add mine... i hate people that dont signal on the round abouts and just presume we can read their minds and know which exit they will take :) Ahhh glad i got that off my chest :D
