United Cars Almana
Anyone here got experience with United Cars Almana Service? I got my car from them (Dodge Caliber) last November 2007 and i had my first car service/check up. I informed them that i got problem with my speaker but after one whole day of service-check-up, nothing happen. just they clean my car and that's it. I am not satisfied with the service they gave me which they keep on promoting it just like any other car dealers. Aside from the fact that they didn't meet my expectaion, they keep me waited for how many hours before they handed my car to me. Is this what they call 'Customer Satisfaction"? Feel free to contact this person (Mr. Kalachain) if you're not satisfied with our service but no one answers.... I have sent my complaint tru their websites but nobody responded. Is this a reality that Qatar doesn't care about customer's satisfaction guarantee? not only in car service center, but all the shops, stores, restaurant... everything that deals with the customers?

i think every one is facing the same problem with al mana's dodge service centre, you guys wont belive for the first service of my charger it took then three days to retun my car and that to after complaining to the manager. i thought things would change after that, but its same, now i have given my car for the second service on 24dec and still i am waiting for their call............
Withnail, I have delt with the Jaidah Dealer at Jaidah Flyover, but yes it is the Same Company as at Landmark.

i don't get this type of service from my car dealer. they themselve (customer care service department)would even take the time to call me after i have my car just to make sure that i'm satisfied with the type of service i got, and would even ask me for any suggestion to improve their services. so i think some of the car dealers here do care about their customer.

I get great service from Jaidah(Chevrolet) and great service from NBK(Mercedes) so it is definetly a problems with the Chrysler Dealer (and Huyndai dealer as Maxmo points out)
Its same with most of the service centers....
I have Hundai Elentra, I took it for my second service with AC problem and the guyz didn't even bother to look into it... I also had an accident, the mechanic ended up placing my front door handle to back and back to front. Its been 2 years and after telling them more than 3 times while geting my car serviced, it still remains in same place....
Same with my wheel caps, they charged me and they did not replaced... its been 3 years now

DO YOU THINK IT REALLY NEEDS MY PRESENCE IN THE SHOWROOM AND IT COULD HELP A LOT? I APOLOGIZED FOR THIS BUT GOING TO YOUR SERVICE CENTER IN INDUSTRIAL AREA IS FAIR ENOUGHT TO TREAT ME AS ONE GOOD CUSTOMER. PLUS THE FACT THAT I INVITED 2 FRIENDS OF MINE AND INTRODUCE YOUR PRODUCT, HELP YOU FOR YOUR MARKETING AND TURNS INTO A SALE FOR THAT DAY... DON'T U THINK I DESERVE THIS KIND OF TREATMENT? anyway i work with the group all what u have to do go to the show room at the airport and complain there.
