UPDATE FRIENDS:

It looks like my company will need every bit of 6 weeks to get my paperwork in order- I'm not coming to Qatar until then. I'll stay at a hotel the first 8 weeks I guess..

I've picked out a vehicle and submitted the request to the company this morning. I'm in sales so I need the very best-

A 2012 H4

Whata think friends? This should handle the oppressive heat, dunes and dust storms. I also asked for the bullet proof glass and armor plated undercarriage options

for your arrival.

At least it will give the authorities enough time to arrange for the weaving of a new red carpet. It will also give the milliners in Qatar time to produce hats big enough. The biggest they have I think is about 50 and 7/8's.

The photo of the newspaper (newspaper dated 20th April) according to the camera was taken 2009:01:06 12:42:48

The photo of the elephant was dated 2 days earlier 2009:01:04 07:39:56 which would make it 18th April

The photo you took just now is dated 2009:01:08 which would make it 22nd April not 30th April

Or am I just confused?

Well everytime i remove the chip to look at the pics at night the battery compartment opens and the date resets..And I never bother to reset it..I gotta get a new camera..That was last week..Check the weather, it rained that day-

I'll post time stamped pictures tomorrow night when I get home.."

Yup they are time stamped, but the date would be Wednesday 18th not Friday 27th.

I once drove from DEN to Estes Park and woke up in the middle of the night not being able to breathe! I'd had a cold and that elevation really got to me! But Tahoe was fine. And I spent 10 years at a cabin pressure altitude of about 8,000.

I'm at 9500 feet ASL...And its been really warm here since Febuary- And i'm not sure what kind of pines these are.

I'll add some much better pictures in the morning Mandi- Now that I know what you like

By Mandilulur• 29 Apr 2012 04:07

Love the snowcapped mountains in the background. I can smell the - what is it at high and dry elevation? Ponderosa pines? Unfortunately, Qatar is one of the least scenic countries I've ever been to. Oman, now that's beautiful!

I do love Hummers! I bought an MKX today. Land Rover dealer is too far away. Ditto BMW, Cadillac, Acura, Audi, yakhsara. I'm thinking of a vanity plate, either LHMDLA or NSHALA.

Mandi

PS, your FB does not provide a level playing field. My whole life is on mine!

I love em too Mandi, lol

And may I suggest "Sweet Potato" or "Lover Lips" for your vanity plate?

And I thought the same thing about the FB deal- Create a new account, and i'll be your only friend, or we could just let nature run its course, but

If we get seperated, you know where I am.

Hummer has stopped its civil vehicle manufacturing, and now they are manufacturing only military vehicles (by living in U.S. u should have informed us), and if u insist on it u can get used H1, H2 or H3 from the local market of Qatar

in general it is not suitable for this country coz few mechanic now how to repair it and the parts and very expensive.

locals here prefer Land Cruiser and when u will arrive here it will be the first thing that u will notice (land cruisers everywhere)

The car is out-dated, the company is closed. Hummer doesn't exist anymore and it is illegal to drive it on the roads of California! You look like a dinosaur to me.
