VEHILCE/ CAR SALES SCAM
Dear All,
I came across a very new scam on Qatar Living - vehicle sales.
while looking for a good car on QL I came across to one vehilce(TOYOTA PRADO - 2010)for just Qr. 40,000 only (Accident Free and full option) I got very excited and tried to contact the seller - but the number given was not correct. I mail and requested to see the vehicle. immediately i received a reply.

The car is in very good condition, like new. The interior and exterior are perfect. No accidents, no scratches, service ready in time etc
I'm a construction engineer from Newcastle, England.
I bought this car while I was working in Qatar for a year, supervising a project.
Right now, the car is here in England, but since it's almost impossible to drive or insure it here (because the steering wheel is on the left side) I have decided to sell it back to the qatar market very cheap..
I want to do business with eBay, because they have a protection for buyers and sellers.
If you want to buy it, answer me and I'll give you all the details.

As I am working with a Automobile Dealer with some connection I checked and found out that the vehicle has already done service for more than the given kilometer and believe the vehicle is still in Qatar.
similary the was one more camry 2010 for Qr.35000 which was again too good to be true.. this time also I received..infact it was a cut paste of the same...
PLEASE BE AWARE AND DO NOT TRANSFER ANY MONEY OUTSIDE COUNTRY WITHOUT GETTING THE VEHICLE OR ANYTHING FROM OUTSIDE QATAR...
with this I am requesting Qatar Living to find out such scan and clear them from their list.
Abdul - you were lucky they told you before you took the vehicle to check - most of the cases they say we dont know the vehicle, you can get it checked and after spending Qr 150.00 you will learn the lesson, not trusting those agents. try buying cars from certified car dealers. who do sell the cars after they trade vehicle for new ones.
I come across a NISSAN-TIDA car from QL. When I saw the car, it looked OK and the price was affordable. Then I told the owner and brocker to come for a computer-check. When called the car owner/brocker the next day, they refused to come for the inspection. After many calls, at last, they said the truth - "Car had a chasis-accident and failed on computer-inspection recently with another party"..!!!
I have had 2 left hand drive vehicles in the UK and absolutely no trouble insuring either of them. Driving is no big deal either. You just need to a bit more careful when overtaking as the vision ahead is,not so good. And why the heck would anyone want the hassle of taking a car from here to UK in the first place??????
You can easily understand its spam or real....you must think possitive before looking the car....even civic 2010 you will never get in 40000...how come prado....well, try to think before calling the people....
