today morning i found a person driving nuts on the roads he could have screewed up lots of cars, need to comaplin about this white car in the picture. can any one help me.Area: from ibn dhiram street-apolo signal- going towards Jedha flyover
Siddhu , If the person is young forgive him .............. ......... most of times it's { mistakes } not meant to harm but yes consequences are not counted due to age factor .............................

DOHA: Smartphone users having the Interior Ministry’s Metrash 2 application can now send photos of traffic violators directly to authorities.
The ministry said on its Facebook page yesterday that to use the new app, users should log in to the app, go to General Services and select Take Photo and send with remarks. “Now you can send pictures of violations using Metrash 2. Log in and go to ‘General Services’ and select ‘Take Photo.’ Enable GPS in your phone, take the photo, write your comments and then click on ‘send’ button. It will reach the concerned department,” the ministry said.
With Matrash 2, citizens and residents can access more than 35 services of the ministry within and outside the country. More than 25,000 people have subscribed to Metrash 2, with 4,000 transactions carried out daily until October. Smartphone users could download Matrash 2 by sending a text message typed as M2RE followed by the Qatari Identity card number (QID No.) and QID expiry date (M2RE xxxxxxxxxxx (QID No.) xx/xx/xxx (QID expiry date) to 92992.
Post his car and plate number everywhere. Screw him
using your mobile camera while driving dangerous. you could get fine violation too.
Whatever he did does not give you the right to put his plate number online. You should report him to police. If I were him I would sue you actually.
please download Metrash 2 on your mobile, and whenever you see bad driving, you can just take picture of the Vehicle and send to moi complain link>>>>note keep gps open while talking picture. and plate number should appears clearly, Gps will track time and date .
