I would like to know if any one has an idea where I can buy Alli Pills (dietary) here in local Doha OR can anyone suggest some good weigh losing pills available here in Doha!!

Well, you may have heard it before - you can lose weight just by drinking pure plain water. Do you think it is like that? Yes, it is, you can lose weight just by drinking water. I will explain why it is so.

There are studies that show that just by drinking water your metabolism will increase with up to 30 percentages. That is quite impressive, isn't it? To make your weight loss possible you need to drink eight glasses of water every day, and if you have lots of overweight you need to drink a few glasses more. If you live in a warm climate or if you exercise very intensive you need to drink more than the eight glasses. You maybe think that eight glasses is much water to drink, but you shouldn't drink it at the same time; instead you need to spread it out throughout the day.

Drinking water is not only great for your weight loss. Just by drinking lots of water you will look better because and your skin will become more glowing. Your muscles will work more effective when you exercise which will lead to a better shaped body.

A few tips about how you should act when you decide to lose weight just by drinking water:

Start every morning with a glass of water.

Drink a glass of water before every meal.

Drink lukewarm water, it may be easier to drink lots of water when it isn't cold.

Add a slice of lemon if you don't like the taste of the water.

Avoid drinking just before you go to bed.

Don't know about drinking water but drinking alcohol does help me to lose weight :(

okay...seriously, eating on time with the right quantity will work. no junkfood and chicken :(

chicken will give u a lot of pimples! damn :(

Like your post Azm83,V. Good 6 point advice.But I've always wondered abt the pills, r they really effective, has to be , otherwise they won't be so popular.

8 glasses of water at a time?! Is this a human dose or an elephant's?!

But regardless, drinking 8 glasses or 1000 liters of water a day will not reduce your weight! You just fill you stomach with water and be running to the toilet every two minutes! Where did you get such idea from?!

drinking water is best weight loose ..system .try to drink 8 glass of water @ a time ..every day .u will have a glowing skin .two.....if u really wan to go for medicine try to go khulood pharmacy markiya raundbout .

1. Change your display photo because it doesn't motivate anyone to loose weight!

2. Cut off the sweets, junk good and fatty foods from your diet

3. Cut down on carbohydrates (rice, bread, potato, etc...)

4. Focus on a high protein diet (chicken breast, fish, tuna, salmon, topside steaks, etc...) with vegetables and fruits.

5. Have 5 small meals a day.

6. And the most important one, do an hour at the gym 5 times per week. If you don't have access to a gym, go for a 30 min jog every day.

Don't worry about pills, they are useless!

Loosing weight is simple: Amount of calories you eat has to be less than the amount of calories you consume.
