What AC cooling degree you like, 16 or 22

While outside the sun is doing its job of baking the earth which as a result is witnessing temperature close of 50, the office inside story is different. Some employees (mainly fat) likes to keep the AC at 16 whereas the others like to keep it at 22. How to eliminate this clash of hot and cold in the office?
