What can you say about QTEL Service?

I say QTEL sucks! or maybe this is how they really work since then. I don't know. it's very unprofessional.

I called QTEL, talked to a Customer Service, attended my complaint, answered nicely. No complaints about the conversation.

What sucks is, when QTEL Service Man arrives in your door step, he is very untidy. You would say "Yes may i help you? or who are you?". He doesn't wear a uniform, Not wearing any I.D., no Logo of QTEL in his attire. Worse is he is wearing a cap, a shirt, jogging pants, slippers, didn't shave his mustache or beard. You can only guesshe is a line man because he has a bag and holding a portable phone handset. LOL! WTF is that??!!

From where i came from, Service Line Man is very professional. They're usually wearing white polo with company logo, black slacks, leather shoes and rides a company car with it's logo on it.

why do i smell a hint of sarcasm in that ms? anyway, i dont look at it as mistake, it was just a reminder, coz if it goes on, pretty soon the mods will take note of that and tell you the same.

Ms. MJ seems like a Radar Road Surveillance and sees every mistake that we all do. :D har har har.

If Qatar is trying to follow the foot steps of Dubai or more, they should be more professional and punctual with complete total service. not only with the service but also with their employees punctuality. Don't tell me, even the customer service or Managers in the office is wearing like total house clothes. LMAO! :D

hahaha.. MJ, forgive newkid, he just became too excited to know that I'm also pinoy. besides majority of his comments are in English and understandable.. anyways, back to your topic, if that's the case, I guess you're right.. the only thing you have to do is to understand also that this is Qatar and things are working a little bit different around here.. specially with the techie stuff... get use to it.. hehehe..

They weren't able to fix my 1st problem with our line. 2nd, i asked him to check the other lines where it could be having problems. He answered, "I am only technician for ADSL. if you have other problems with ordinary line, another technician will come for you. You should make a call and complaint again". Sweet! LOL.

They came early this afternoon after 2 hours from my initial call.

Teka, pinoy ka ano? i saw your picture with our flag. :) hehe. Maybe i was expecting too much from QTEL. Syempre parang sa PLDT ba. Besides, i used to work with SMART Communications, PLDT's sister company. Knowing PLDT, QTEL should do the same.

I think you don't have a problem with QTEL service.. its just the way they're dressed.

Anyways, what day is that, if it's last friday or yesterday, perhaps you should understand.. They are on call 24/7 and perhaps he's manager called him to fix your line while doing the morning exercise and came emmidiately to your doorstep to respond to your call promptly. If that's the case then, you should be greatful of the service of Qtel... If not, then you should have asked for an ID and asked him about your observation... If your line has been fixed then there is no issue with regards to the service...

Have a nice day..
