If you are having a guest and you want him to leave but at the same time you do not want him to feel that you want him to leave.
2. What do you call these persons?
2.1 A person who has money and do not spend it on his family or him self.
2.2 A person who wants to have what others have and at the same time he prevent others from what he has.

what you are saying is right in one case only and it is when the good deeds and manners are more than the bad deeds and manners.
I didn't say all people are the same, I said these are normal people. Normal people are flawed in their own ways, normal people get frustrated, jealous, cheap, etc. Nobodies perfect.
We have a saying which says:
Every one sees the people in his own eye.
The explaination for this saying is:
If a person is miser then this person will think all people are the same and this is not true.
Now tell me if you are a lier or a cheater or hypocrite does this mean all the people are the same.
The person who thinks that all people are the same is either having a psycological problem or had many bad experiences.
