SO TENANTS CAN CHARGE THE INCOMING TENANT FOR CAR PARKING AS WELL ?!?!?!

I remember once I went to see a flat that was advertised as furnished...but it didn´t mention that I had to pay over 25,000 for the furniture. I talked to the guy on the phone and asked lots of questions about the flat, yet he didn´t mention that the furniture had to be bought. Only when I went to see the property and talked about the renting terms face to face, he did tell me as if it was something not important at all...

But trying to charge for the parking espace???? The internet and landline?????? Does the rest of the furniture amount for 30,000QR. That´s stealing, clear and simple.

I wonder if landlords are aware of tenants trying to get some money too out of the rental crisis...
