What is a good locality to live in Doha ?

Would like your views to know about the good localities in Doha which are near to the main business center . What kind of rent is one expecting for a three bedroom apt or villa (furnished / semi furnished) , say the budget around QAR 12000 ?
hubby loves beverly hills towers. i like it too, just worried about kids not in a compound. oh well, i would like to stay at 21,000. we looked at 3bdr w/maid's room yesterday. just spoke with him and i guess that's where we are gonna be. i'm fine with whatever. al fardan laguna beach? 30,000, right or no? does one company have the compound. hub likes it. put our names on wait list i guess for next year?

u can get 3 bedroom appart for 8500 at bin mahmood which is close to everything
