but it seems that a high % of people i know here that feel sleepy daily rather than if they slept early or not!!! so.... im just asking... coz u know most of Q sleep by afternoon...
i only go thru this if i did not get enough sleep the night before otherwise i am fine till bedtime which is normally around 10-11 depending wats on the 'idiot box'....lol

This happens to people who eat alot in the afternoon also... Its sort of having rest but tooo much of rest is also bad... remember...

I'm sleepy in the afternoon as well- Because I am tired, usually up at 3:30am exercising.
