what is luxury????
I'm sure each one of us went through the adventure of finding the suitable home in Qatar.
i need to know if most of those flat BROKERS really know the true meaning when they mention (luxury top finished flat etc....) and then you go and see something that can only be seen in places where there's absolutly no contacts to the outside world...Pakistan, Afghanistan etc....
what are the standards here? or basicaly any flat that doesn't have plumming problems, or molds behind kitchen cabinets, or parking with telephone line and 1 stationary bike with fussball table is qualifide for the LUXURY STATUS!!!!
not to mention the furniture, which reminds me of being in a 3 star hotel in Sudan, maybe 5 stars!!!
.if u are sleeping in an authentic Versace bed, that is luxury......

Agree with blue but honestly everytime I see something advertised as "luxury" write it off as either beyond my means or way overdone/overpriced.
Although would not refuse the accomodation MD described...

I went to see a "Luxury" apartment advertised with gymnasium.
It was a small room with one Cycling machine and one manual tradmill :O)
Indoor Swimming pool... that so cool....I would love an indoor garden to go with it :)
There is no standard.
Luxury flat? Marble tiles, in-door swimming pool, central AC, central heating, sealed windows, pressurized tap water, ASDL and satellite TV, sealed doors, covered car park, 24-hours maintenance, 24-hours security, fully equipped kitchen with American or Italian appliances, wall papers, pleasant environment, no smelly stair cases, quiet neighbours, regular trash removal service, no cats, no dogs, no goats, no horses, electrical power back-up.....
Where was that again?
