when I start to work in my country, I was lucky that I work with nice colleages we bacame friends or small family, also My work as architect not routine work every day new things new problem .... :)
but when i shiftted to gulf area I start work with many nationalities some of my colleagues very friendly and some are not at all
so let us share our opinion

are the challenges that I'm facing at my work everyday, the warm smile of our client...appreciation for my output. though I hate my boss so much!

It all matters how you gel with your collegues at work? i work with many different nationals at my work and i feel i gel with with one and all, but never bothered to ask their opinion.
