My broadband connection which comes along with the Mozaic triple play has become extremely slow...and since yesterday I have been trying to contact 111..but no one is picking up the phone.....Are Qtel employees still on holidays??.....

Kindly let me know if there is any other number where I can register my complaint....

its either you wait for the long Q in Qtel customer service counters or wait for their Hotline 111 to answer your call.oh wait... you can also submit your complaints by going  to their website... last time ive done it was a year ago and still waiting...

TB...may be I am lucky (**touch wood**) because I never had Mozaic and now no internet and landline too in my name...all provided by the landlord...:)

TB...not phone line issue...it was mostly about internet and in one  instance the guy was online for almost 45 minutes after the call was picked on the second ring and the problem was resolved. May be some customers like me keep their phones engaged for long while we have luckily sneaked in effortlessly...:)

As for your mozaic and problem in it due to distance...dont know what they mean by that, hope they arent suggesting this heat and distance makes things slow to crawl to your place...:)

Sorry to have a complete different experience with 111...every time I called mostly I was connected the very first time say after 2-3 rings or after a couple of rounds of automatic voice response while I am on hold and whoever was on the other side did complete the job to my satisfaction. May be I have been lucky, thats all...:)

Come on guys, call 111 and wait for half an hour minimum to register your complaint and at the same time send an e-mail to the customer service. Someone (I am not sure if he is competent enough - sorry to say that there are very old people who cannot even see what is on their laptop screen) will call you to fix an appointment. I used to do that and I am getting their service within 3-4 working days.

111 is notorious for not answering, there were ppl complaining of holding the line for hours... better to go directly to one of the Qtel customer service counters..
