For Enroll Charges for your daughter is 10 QAR.( medical commision typing center itself the provide form for your daughter, fill and return to them)

Once Your Wife Medical Fit. Later,Go to Medical commision typing center.they will provide certificate for your daughter...

Later you can go for finger print...

For Child, no need medical but you need to Enroll in medical commission for RP.

I believe you took the medical for Visit visa only. For RP, you must take separate Medical. Once your RP Approved you have to go back to the medical commission with present visit visa medical paper. And say to them, Converting the Family Visit visa to Family Resident Visa. So that, they will do only x-ray again for your wife and also Enroll your Daughter for medical.

Once Medical Fit SMS came. You can go to Finger Print With papers. (Visit visa copy, Passport for your Wife & Daughter, and Medical papers provide in Medical typing center next to Medical commission waiting hall)

Also ..there is No Finger Print for Visit Visa.

After Medical for Adults , renew the Visa.

No medical for Minor children, renew directly.

After Medical is approved for wife renew using Metrash2 in mobile or go to nearby MOI service centre .

For children or baby , renew directly using Metrash2 in mobile or go to nearby MOI service centre .

Also I advise you to renew for the duration they stay at once directly. The fine is QAR 200 per day. (Normal rate for extension of 1 month is only QAR 200 per Month). So in between if you forget to renew ...it will be disaster...the very look at your family will bring anger to your face. So extend visa in advance and enjoy the stay with your family.
