I opened IE and yes Apple, you got the old Avatar. On firefox it is still the old.... but i guess everything now is ok.

The photo now is much better and the photo details are even greater. I don't know but i'm afraid that it is worse for you now. :( Sorry but I don't know what happened, which browser are you using? try FireFox and let's hope that it would work. Something strange is going on herem looks like the uploaded photo were having some super glue and would never let go.

I logged off not only 10min..it's one hour, and i followed the steps, how was it now?

For a while that photo vanished and there were nothing, later ... your photo is there again. LOL ... it is not the poor HP problem .. it is a different thing. I guess you did not switch that dude off since yesterday :).

Did you try the following steps?

1- Go to 'Edit' under your account, Check the Delete Box and save changes.

2- After that upload the new photo, save it and exit your browser.

3- Login again or open QL and wait for like 5 to 10 minutes and the changes should be reflected soon.

From my laptop at home, I see my new avatar (lady clown). But if I open QL from my office computer, the avatar was my grouchy cat. It took some short time before it changed to the clown avatar. Maybe that's what happened to your avatar.
