why food can change our mood...?

If you eat properly, then you will have a good mood. Yet many people are unaware that some foods may give us a little advantage in this area. Food can change our mood for the better or worse. In this article we give the reasons why food can change our mood and what are these foods that can affect our mood either positively or negatively.
As we are working with different nationalities and they have different mood some time is very hard to understand their mood.
The first step to look good is to feel good. But there are days when our mood is not as good and this is partly due to our diet. The basic principles of nutrition are more or less known and based on the famous food pyramid! Eating the right foods and especially eating the correct proportions (carbohydrates, vegetables, fruits, meat, milk, fats) and the right way of preparation (baked, boiled, fried) we ensure that our body gets the proper amount of nutrients and vitamins.

Do you know that skipping meals causes mood swings due to a drop in blood sugar level. That means, a bad mood becomes worse on an empty stomach. Depriving yourself of food is not the best way to diet. Don’t concentrate on dieting, because it can lead to stress and mental fatigue.

I eat a typical Mallu breakfast everyday at work.. There are so many of those joints around my workplace so we all order from there.. Sometime I have idli, dosa, uthappa or puttu.. depending on my mood..

Oatmeal may help if you find yourself feeling irritable and cranky. It is rich in soluble fiber, which helps to smooth out blood sugar levels by slowing the absorption of sugar into the blood.
