Well speaking as someone who likes to jump into the arguments. I don't mind them that much. Sure they get stupid, but they pass the day.

I had written an article on a medical issue once here on QL and like how Terramax and Pothole Research tried giving unwanted pathetic advice ( totally unrealted to the topic)here on this thread, some one tried to hijack the thread with some cheap garbage for his 2 seconds of spotlight....

at that time Gypsy asked me if i could write about how to surgically remove a pole from the rear end of that person...

looking at the racist rantings of Terramax and Potholes advice asking me to stop whining and get a life, i actually smiled and wanted to seriously write an article on how to surgically remove a pole from their rear ends...

might help terramax and pothole or whatever hole he does his research in.....

and Pothole, going by ur admission if u dont come back to read this thread, this thread wud be better off...

we pakiindians ( as terramax arrogantly addressed us) dont need spell classes and lifestyle advice from wasters like u

Brother your post seems to be quite biased against people of India and Pakistan who are part of Qatar Living.

This is not an English Literature class where everybody must follow the rules of punctuations and spellings. What I've observed is most of the "enuffers" are those people who really want to participate as much as possible along with their busy schedule.

I think I've tried my best to spell words correctly may be their would be some punctuation or grammatical mistakes which I think should be ignored as English is not our mother tongue.

Why QL gettin bored bcoz,

- Desperation to find someone for a date

- Offensive behaviour

- Discrimination

- Abuse and Sex

- Unnecessary criticism just to justify one's point

There are very few people who constructively participating in QL to really help people to get benefits from the site.

Looks like this thread has degraded into exactly what the original poster (SexyDoctor) said that he disliked about QL. And, to SexyDoctor I'd like to say - Stop whining and get a life mate. If you do not like certain discussions, just hit the next button. With so many variegated users posting on equally diverse topics, theres a good chance that you and most others will disagree on what's pointless and what's not. So cheer up and like I said before ignore content that you do not like. I won't be looking at this thread anymore, so please do not bother responding.

Very true SDoc….its pretty boring these days. It’s become so monotonous. Whatever issue discussed will end up in some sort of racism or personal criticism. We are free to express our opinion but it’s not worth arguing for silly things… healthy criticism is part of the game but sometimes its spoiling the whole discussion.

We are not here to learn or teach English, we all know English that’s why we are in this forum. Even without proper spellings we still can understand this e-lingo. Actually speaking most Indians know to write proper English… but only few native English speakers can make a sensible sentence without grammatical mistake.

Let’s think of something more creative and interesting and help the newcomers rather than becoming a fault finding site.

Agreed, QL is becoming boring...it does go through phases.

Debate is vital to any adults developement.

And I as one enjoy and welcome it.

On the other hand I spend so much of my precious time earning a living and doing my best to contribute to society, whilst being "serious" that I some times like to let all of my 1/8" hair down and talk shite for a while with my fellow earth citizens.

But on the other hand I could find critisism from others while away from work.

I would say, so guys stop criticizing each other! being helpful and informative is one thing but feeling perfect when you know damn well you're not and correcting spelling and so on, is just bringing bad blood to each other so stop doing it to each other!

feeling as what sexydoc had just commented regarding how QL had become "boring"...for sometime,but on the other hand, I agree with dweller too. For me, QL is like walking along the street,where sometimes you find some folks discussing certain issues,on which it would really be up to you to stop awhile,listen or contribute to their conversations,if not,well maybe you can just go ahead and continue walking until you stop to a place where you think you do fit in.:)

QL has served and still serves as a very good learning place for those thinking of or on the point of moving to Qatar.

True, there are some immature comments but not as many as some people make out.

The thread on salary packages has been well used and appreciated for some time and I am sure has been beneficial to some people. You don't have to read the thread if you don't want to.

I participate in very few threads but I like to think that what I contribute is wothwhile.

There is the other site if QL participants want to discuss more than salary packages.

I didn't single them out - they did it themselves. Check out profiles of all the "enuffers" - almost all of them are pakindians. And to make the things worse they drive the way they spell.

the thread was about a differnet issue all together... thanks to all who gave constructive viewpoints here...

For people who are looking to lash out at the spellings of others and try to incite another racially charged debate... i can only pity the imature rantings...

agreed my english is pigeon english and looks like sms...and terramax might feel his english is better ..

my english makes sense to most people that serves the purpose...

if this gives terramx an oppurtunity to assume this is how all indians spell andd gives him a chance to prove his mental acumen then fine so be it.

lets ignore racially and religiously explosive topics and start discussing issues related to issues which will bring a smile on our faces... like movies, jokes, exercises, eating out, shopping what not?

Terramax, does it really bother you to read because written bcoz or enuf or any other spelling? i mean english is not everyones first language second i dont think you should be even bothered by such a miniscule thing compared to other more important things in life. SD gave his opinion, which i do agree with him, and there is your comment that lashes out at indians. sorry, but i don't think that was appropriate, but still its your opinion and you're free to say it. I used to look forward to the current and new topics because it's entertaining. I learn from other's point of views and sometimes give my grain of sand opinion on the topic. Lately, it's getting to be a boring when the contributors lash out at someone's comments and then the thread goes off-course.

It has become boring because of the users who don't bother to spell the words correctly, who have never heard of punctuation and whose posts are undreadable.

Do you think that someone will bother to answer to a person who spells "because " as "becos" and "enough" as "enuf"? It looks like an SMS written by a teenager.

Ok, ok, we all know this is the way you spell it in India, we were told that many times, but don't complain if nobody wants to read your pointless (no points literally) discourses.
