V kool for a Pajero and Prado is about 2200 QAR,

The law says the front window and front side windows cannot be tinted, nor can the center of the rear window, depending on how much wasta you have, depends on the amount of tint....

You will need permission from Traffic department which is easy to get for a small fee

film companies will tell you ok but when you go for inspection the @#$%^ will rip it out leaving a horrible mess. If car is brand new you have 3 years to take the chance......
