I have done a quick search but only found old posts, I would be interested if anyone knows if there is any WT / WC instruction in Doha

I last trained 5 years ago and was at the intermediate level with the NWTA having started WC a few years before, the muscle memory is gone and so is the fitness but I still remember some of the techniques
