Workstation monitoring?

Hello guys hru? Can anybody tell me how can i check the workstation computer in real time without installing any file on workstation.its like a spy but i dont want to show them that i am watching their computer on network.

There is a software known as Network Monitor Professional. Look for this one and I'm sure that if you are a system administrator, you would be able to install it without any problems. It will not show them the running software, but still any advanced user may notice. According to your group or user Policy, i guess that you can disable Task Manager to let no one access it and stop the software from there.
