Audio loss on playback of USB recordings of AirtelHD+
This issue relates to Airtel HD+ receiver and USB recording on the same.
We are facing problems while playing back recorded USB.
1] While playing back recorded content there is interruption complete stoppage of Audio for less than a minute at the duration of every alternate minute. Video output is good.
2] After stoppage of play back, screen goes blank. It can be remedied by switching of the electrical supply and restart of the set top box.
This has nothing to do with USB. Changed USBs to diagnose issues with USBs, but problems remain.
Do any user of Airtel HD+ has this problem and if any one faced and resolved this? Request any value-add and help, no kite flying please.
Each time this happens power off & on is essentially done. And again at night unit is powered off
Have you done the basic set up once again ..... by power off & on ....... two times ?
