Qatar Living celebrates 10 Years of Community
Qatar's most popular website, QatarLiving.com, kicked off celebrations for 10 years of community in the presence of its partners, community members and staff on Thursday evening.
In a gala dinner held at the Sheraton Hotel Doha, Qatar Living's Managing Director, Bilal Randeree, acknowledged the community members.
"Qatar Living is the community, and we take this opportunity to celebrate the contributions of everyone who has been with us on this journey."
Qatar Living announced future plans a launch of the redesigned website as well an Arabic version that will be launched soon.
Qatar Living also hosted several Qatar-based startups like Meddy, Rinfo, and Future International Football Academy at the event.

Over the decade, the website has become a one-stop information portal for expatriates living in the country and abroad with over 8 million users visiting the website every year.
Qatar Living essentially plays a major role in every aspect of an expat's journey from helping them find a home to keeping them informed about news and happenings.
Qatar Living's aim is to let people connect, participate and share. Hence, a lot of content on the website comes from the online community.
"We believe that collectively our community members have more knowledge about life in Qatar than any one person or guidebook," said Randeree.
Qatar Living is also the most popular classifieds website in the country with a massive pool of listings for second-hand vehicles, properties and other items.
With the launch of the classifieds mobile app earlier this year, buying and selling has become more convenient for the users.
The website is expected to have a fresh look and feel following a redesign project based on valuable feedback from some its community members.
To celebrate 10 years of community, QL fans will also get a chance to participate in social media competitions and win prizes.
