Good Morning,

Yesterday the environment of this thread was sleepy in general with limited comments, so let’s learn about sleeping and bedroom stuff:

Words
Naom = Sleeping
Sareer = Bed
Khezana = Cupboard
Wesada / Mekhadda = Pillow
Ghorfa = Room

Quiz
1- How can we say “I need a new bed for the bedroom” in Arabic? – plz use English letters –
2- What is the English Translation of “Hal toreed / taby maqas mohaddad?”

Have a great day :)

OK, u said the correct words but not in proper arrangement, so here it is

"Ana Oreed/Aby Sareer Jadeed le Ghorfat al naom"

btw "le" in Arabic means "for / to"

Ana "need" jadeed sareer al sareerghorfa...lol

I don't know what to say for need, jadeed = new (am I right)

also, "hal toreed?" (locally they say "taby?") is a question meaning "do you want?"

TB:

good try, in fact in Arabic "bedroom" is not "bed room" but "sleeping room" so it is called "Ghorfat Naom"
