Any taxi driver refused to switch off the meter while travelling , the travelling is free of charge as announced by Mowasalat . In such cases, if the driver asking for charge, the passenger can call police and complain.

Come on Mowasalat, be fair on your treatment with public.

Why don't you take the responsibility ? open an hotline to receive complaints and talk to your own driver on the spot to settle. Instead you involve police to deal with this peanut matter. Seldom I see their quick presence while small accidents take place and for this u think they have time to deal with. This shows u cannot rely / control your own trusted luitenants.
