How do you rate our very own Qatar Airways (Airline Company)?in terms of on board service & ground handling,it can be rated from (1-10)please do justify.
The way an employer deals with the employees affect directly to the customers. You pay well to your worker, keep them happy & they will do their best to improve your business,,, but this is the not the case in QA.
I have always heared complains from the staffs. They hate QA in terms of equality & leadership. As a result they too dont care for the travellers.
My critic says Qatair Airways has shifted from profit-driven airlines to money making
People traveling on the eonconomy fair would noticeably suffer from their overblown prices be it for adult or kids fair.
Personally I haven’t seen good value for money there.
But wait, i haven't tried their first class airplane seats and services. probably the initial investment, in terms of services and customer satisfaction, is sharply evident and there.
Who matters for Qatar Airways? I think Qatar Airways has its own too commercial strategy.
Yet QA comes with no competitors and has achieved sky line hegemony, the airline can really work with more efforts on maintaining excellencet services and appointing affordable economy rates
they are bad, what they did for their privilege card 10 kg more than they cancel it, they charge too much for the updated booking, they have very bad service and their tickets are high priced.
yea Qatar Airways is quite crap, especially for a five star airline. i have no idea how its possible. last year they got all excited because their airlines flew to New York, which is totally false. It flies to Newark, upper state New Jersey.
Never had any trouble with them - treat them well and they treat you well in return. I have a priveledge card and use it to its max - I also use QNB credit card to get extra miles ;o)
Better than Gulf & Etihad but still a way off Emirates - 7 out of 10
I have to agree with the majority of people. The Qatar Airline staff hate there jobs but have to do it. Cabin Crew find it such an effort to assist passengers. Must say the take off and landing by Qatar Airlines is one of the best the pilots are well trained. A smile and a friendly word goes along way. Definately only 2 star!!
I had travlled with qatar airways twice, the last one was an emergency and they charge me 700 QR for single change of date.I had change dates sevral times with emirates Airlines without paying a single penny.
My friend was denied boarding even though he was holding valid and confirmed ticket, reason was flight full.
Yes i Agree IATA or whoever rates the service should downgrade QA. and the emp of QA are giving back to customers what they are reciving from QA, the authorites @ QA should understand as soon as possible otherwise QA will be history.
I experianced flew with Qatar Airways in Business Class to Malaysia and London. What I can say about their services was SUX. Cabin Crew was Not friendly, each time u need something, u have to ask for twice. They simply don't care if the passengers need their assistant. Realy dissapointed with the services especialy compare with the Fares.. NOT WORTH IT. They need to improved especialy cabin crews. I give 3 points.

First, their tickets are very very very overpriced, second they have all these laws, like if u want to change the date of your travel you have to pay between 350 to 550, depending on the ticket class you purchased. If you want to give back your economy ticket for instance you will be charged 500 no matter if u gave it back on the same day that u bought it or 2 days before. You can never miss a Qatar Airways flight, coz if u do, and u have an economy ticket, the ticket is worthless.
Since January (when these new laws were imposed), our Qatar Airways sales dropped from 65 percent to 30 percent now...
Whilst sales on other airlines, such as Etihad, and Emirates, and also Gulf Air and Bahrain Air almost tripled.
They have a lot of problems over there and their staff seem like they don't know what they are doing.
I never found it easy to travel on Qatar Airways coz each time you get to the airport it seems that they have no seats on the plane, even though i had my ticket issued more than 2 months ago.

This airline is in so much bad shape, that they should demote from 5 star (which it never was close to) to a 2 star airline.
The people working there are unhelpful, they are do know what they are doing, they have NO idea about customer service. I have heard the turnover of staff is very high because they are treated very badly, so they do not care about the customers as the company does not care about them!!!
Their fares are so complicated that if you buy the wrong fare type (even though they are do not tell you which fare type you are buying) then you can get stuck if you want to change it.
Has anyone tried to get a privilege card? Forget it - they don't send them out!!!
Stick to Singapore Airlines, Qantas, Emirates, and Virgin - just having a great lounge does not make a great airline!!!
And worse the people who work there HATE it - but they are forced to work there through their contracts which try to stop them leaving or working elsewhere.....

depends on experiences which vary from person to person & time to time. Mine was not bad.
Yes they need drastic shift in their on board & ground customer care and the pricing

Qatar Airways onboard services are competent services comparing to others as Qatar Airways now can be caompared with the most best airlines globally.
So I rate it as 8 allover.

I can give only two star. Flight skill is good. I can believe control ability of pilots. But cabin crew and
