What should we do if the HR officer of a company is not good to his employees?

He always threatens the employees. And every time he calls he always shouts. He can not talk to the poor employees nicely, he is a Filipino.

Every human being have a reason why they are shouting to thier employee. maybe the employee is the first to provoke the temper of the HR or blackmailing the HR itself thats why your HR shouting also to the employee. You cannot go to the Boss because his the Boss.

Secondly, if you are not happy with your HR, file a resignation and look for another job after 2 years ban in Qatar.

You can always resign and try to find a job with a company where the HR officers always smile before making your coffee every morning.... ;}

Or you can talk to his boss so he can change his ways.

Or you can quietly have a word with him and show the error in his approach.

etc

Some times shouting makes the employee working good ! same time if he does unwantedly it has to be notify to the managment to warn him. if the managment supports then back shouting will help us!!!
