why most personnel dept. people are not accomodating?especially "kabayan"?

i called the company office to follow-up my flight schedule, i was able to talk to the only one "kabayan", so i was hoping it would be easier but i was wrong, i greet her nicely and she replied, why are you in a hurry? i told her that i have to know my schedule so i can call my family that i will be arriving soon, that's will also give me relief so i know when i'll be going home after 2yrs.,and so on..., then i decided to visit our H.O. & informed the receptionist that i want to talk with this "kabayan" so he informed "kabayan", but i was waiting there for 2hrs & got nothing but my shadow accompanying me so i left with broken hearted and depressed which i felt so stress that i could not believed that, why our personnel dept. could not understand how much it is important to talk to people who needs an answer to clear his mind & removed the worries from his heart? sometimes i wonder what if we changed our position? will she feel the same? how would she reacts?...lucky for her the first thing came on my mind was my kids!
