Donot even think about her. I met a lot of people like her in my last 7 years in Doha most of them clamming the country but the strange thing that they have every thing here ((money + respect + chance to make there dreams true and travel around the world )) and they never thankful. But, what i want you to know that most of them when they go back home after few days they feel sorry and discover that the shortage of alchole shops in The Gulf not a big deal and they straggle to return back .

why are you so sure that she doesn`t like you for the indicated reason? It is so easy to blame everything on racism. I remember in Toronto one Indian man brought his wife to the company for the interview. After checking the wife's skills, the manager (originally Scottish lady) refused to hire her. The man started literally shouting that this is discrimination, and that he will sue her. Scottish lady stayed very calm and answered: just take a look at the staff in this company: 2 Chinese, Cuban, Albanian, polish, Pakistani and so on.. what discrimination are you talking about? your wife is just non-skilled for this job, that`s all.

so before claming your collegue being a racist, maybe look at yourslf? maybe you are not professonal enough, which very eaily might drive her crazy... it could be something else, but far from racism...
