Hello,
I have been offered a job as branch manager to start up a new office in Qatar for an european company. Now I am working in the same sector in Belgium.
Can you please advise us ( My girlfriend will also come to Doha ) about the offer we have received?
Basic salary : 22000 QR
Housing : 7300 QR
Car allowance : 1520 QR
Tel allowance : 142 QR
We would like to rent a 1 or 2 bedroom appartement, if possible with a swimming pool.
Can you please give us also an indication about the salary which my girlfriend might expect? she has a degree in a medical branch and would like to work in a hospital or in a school.

Well...as far as ur question goes...and ur desc bout the offer...
Basic Salary: Fair Enuff
Housing : for a 1 or 2 bedroom apt for 7300...a little tough but still possible...Swimming pool...not in the dreams as well...
Transport: Fair enuff again...unless u looking for a BMW...for a normal car quite good enuff...
Tel: Doesnt look clear...142 QR and did u miss a 0...anyways local calls are free landline to landline...its only Mobile...for the rates i wud suggest u rather visit...www.qtel.com.qa for their products and services...
And for ur GF...i m not sure...in a school or a hospital...if on Employer direct visa(that is not under any dependent visa) she cud end up in the 10K - 16K bracket...so thats bout ur replies buddy...
