Adobe Lightroom Complete Tutorial

Hello all Lightroom Lovers,
Most of us (including me) do not know what Adobe Lightroom is really capable of. I usually tweak my photos in Lightroom and do more modifications in Photoshop. I did not realize Lightroom offered most of those tools photographers require. I Found this 3.5 hour walkthrough of Lightroom 3 and its capabilities. After watching almost an hour of it and realizing its value, thought I should share it with you.
Its worth watching it than having to read the Lightroom manual for months...
