I am not be a kannadiga. But I am quite surely a Bangalorean. I moved to Bangalore in the year 2003 and fell in love with the city. All my friends are there. I had to relocate to Qatar to look for a prospectus future. But whenever I get a chance I will head back to namma Bengaluru, even if it for a vacation.

hey moonblues67, I agree about your comments on restuarants in doha. The kind of chicken used in all the dishes prepared here are tasteless inspite of any amount of spice used. Its a sure mockery of indian food.

All is said and gone, but the Sampige flower essence in and around Bangalore is marvelous, no other city in India has that fragrance.

I still want to use old name Bangalore.Couple of months posted to Bangalore at our design office. The local kanadigas are simple, hospitable, and behave as friends for long, even if you meet first time.I miss Lalbagh,NOV-Jan, early morrning walks with fog, lot of old & young in groups, couples, jogging ,walking, greeting each other, what a sight. Guys I miss masaladusa of MTR, Vegitarian Thalis of other restaurants. Beef rolls of fanoos, the Kalmi &chicken kabbas of Imperial, BarbaQ lamb leg of Empire,The mutton Birayni of Taj.Commercial street stroll. The beautifull masjids. Traffic problems, i wish i could redesign some roads bottle necks. Looking forward to go again.None of Indian restaurants can cook real indian food in Qatar,it is mockery of Indian food. Welcome to doha my friend, dont complain have positive attitude & enjoy.

I thought Rizks is Nawab of Hyderabad, not a banglorian.

Bangaloreans allow every state people to come and live, but they dont help others be cause they are busy in helping other state to settle down and dominate them.

What do you expect ??

By razikmak• 25 Apr 2010 11:49

Bangaloreans just make fun of others, they never help each other to solve the problems of there own area mate. Keralans are better at least they help there own state people some way or the other. Bangaloreans I wont believe non of them can help. They know very well how to get the benefits from others and they dont know how can help other bangaloreans.

I can bet everyone must have wished that we had a

direct flight to Bangalore. I've been traveling to

Bangalore from the past couple of years through

Emirates, I seriously wonder when Qatar Airways will

fly directly, I simply hate the long stop over's.

Which airlines do u prefer and why..
