What do you think. What is happening?

Oh....

Legal,

What you know, that you think I know.... might just be what others deny.

:-P

Legal,

Can you elaborate?

Cultures are NOT emerging, they are fading they are globalizing and merging into one of the dominating worldly cultures, which relate to the dominating religious groups.

Evolution of societies is marching on. The Muslims liberate, the Christians become humanists or atheists like the Catholics.... and I am sure the Buddhists have their own problems...

=========================================================

Specially What you said:

The Muslims liberate

I know, that you know, what everybody knows, what it is to0 be LIBERATED INTO RELIGIOUS dogmas.

Nosto,

You refer to the Spanish Inquisition, in comparison more horrible than any Al Queda act ever committed.

Unfortunately Nosto, I disagree with you.

Shortly, it is time for armageddon before humanity allows 'shit to hit the van'.

World cultures are emerging again, stronger ethnic feelings. Yes, of course, we all want to be a bit like Barbie&Ken in a way, but CULTURES WILL SURVIVE! (and please sudacas don't start throwing stones, I'm not responsible of whatever the spaniards did in those old days and from which we all benefited).

Brit-expat,

I have noticed you manage to voice my words in short, excellent reply!

You must be wise beyond your years, thus reside in Ezdan.... OHHHHHHHHH the irony!!!!

:-P

Eagle..... yet again, a disappointing remark from your side with 0.0 intellectual input.

Let me refer to Brit Expat, comment above, he seems to get the simple statement and seems to be able to voice himself in a rather short yet accurate response......

Until you, Eagle, manage to appear the slightest bit 'over-IQ-70' a discussion with you is completely useless. As far as I am concerned, Eagle, you are a waste of cyberspace. Which is quite remarkable, how one can be useless in uselessness. It is an achievement in itself.

Goodnight.

Globalization, Mass communication and Mass movement of peoples is bringing peoples together, but also "destroying" cultures.

Whether it is a good or bad thing is another debate..

Nothing is more relaxing than flying like an Eagle in Heaven !!

It seems am not the only 1 who didnt understand the point of the question! it is so vague! seems ur super hero :) and the AC is blowing faster today because its really cool when ur not commenting like a child :) but not its blowing slowww!!

Eagle,

Why disqualify this question? Who are you to do so?

I thought it is a relatively interesting and intellectual question, and with the right people responding a nice discussion can flow out of such a simple question.

Further more, if you disqualify somebody because you think is senseless maybe you should refrain from giving equally senseless responses.

And the AC is blowing faster today because you have no idea how to handle a simple remote?

I think the dominant cultures on each continent will remain, however these cultures are also subject to evolution. Religion is still a major influence on a society, hence a major element of culture.

For instance gay marriage within christian societies, although still disputed it has become widely excepted, this opposed to not even 30 years ago when gays had to stay 'in the closet'.

The world is becoming smaller due to modern day technology like the Internet, hence influxes of modern/liberal/dominant societies will be distributed fairly quick and may be integrated in a less developed society in a heartbeat.

Eventually, maybe we will be left with 3 or 4 major ruling cultures based on the religious backdrop.

I think by now Briyani is a national British dish :-P
