anyone could tell me where i can get to watch the ausie folrmula 1 race on sunday?

the race is on this sunday morning at 07:00

qualifying on saturday morning at 06:00

any restaurant, bar, cafe, eatering hole, club, etc.... will do.

no bars, restaurants, hotels.

what a load of crap this is, ey!

you can, however, as I did, follow the progress on the official F1 website. under live timing. They have changed the format though from last year, and there's sort of live commentary.

i'll keep looking.

let me know if you find something.

I have tried to find out the F1 2008 season channel broadcast for Qatar.... so far I have not clue, probably Al-Jazeera sports channel will broadcast the races.. hopefully... ITV Sports Web site is the only authorized to broadcast through the web... and only in UK....  As you said, it is matter of death or alive, my wife and me are huge F1 fans.... and the worst news it is that F1 2008 season will be broadcast in HD format at 16:9.....

thanks for your replies. but none of the bars you mentioned seem to be open at that time. i already tried.

any oter suggestions? locals watering holes, anything?
