as for the direction:

coming from TV r/a (going to markhiya), straight ahead, next r/a turn left, then next small r/a turn right. Then go straight ahead and on the 2nd r/a turn left then you will see the court on the left side.

there are short way but this is easy to instruct

there's also one near Sana R/A... but its uncovered court... i doubt if there's light to play in the evening...

There's a court next to Jaidah bridge, check it out, I dont know if its free or not. But it's public.
