UK 'most wanted' twin sex offenders arrested in France

Two child sex offenders who were the first twins to be being featured on the "most wanted" police website have been arrested in France.

Kenneth and Thomas Parker are suspected of breaching the requirements of the sex offenders register, after being convicted of offences against children.

Sussex Police said the pair, aged 56, who have links to Warwickshire and Sussex, would be returned to the UK.

Kenneth Parker was arrested on Wednesday, Thomas was held last week

Pilgram says "I agree, we need harsher punishments for sex offenders."

The end of the world is surely nigh :O(

Same here Adey,What is the issue here, that the pair were sex offenders?,They got arrested?were abroad?doing it in pairs?missed it.....

I think the issue is that they were previously arrested and released after they served their time and some feel they should never have been released. I agree, we need harsher punishments for sex offenders.

As I see it:

Wanted men flee abroad,

Authorities publish their 'wanted' status on internet,

French authorities read site, find men and arrest them,

British autorities seek their extradition from France to prosicute them.

What's the problem? Have I missed something?

So what's wrong with the system in this case?

Why mention British judicial system?

Were they not supposed to arrest them??

No time for Paedos ..

I hope the other inmates "make them welcome" in prison ..

Is this really the frequent habits of British people, as it is killing accused of blasphemy in Pakistan?

Some people here were so desperate to counterattack that they picked an isolated incident and tried to sell it as a trend…tsc, tsc, tsc, hopelessly desesperados!

In Dubai, they would probably continue with their business as police is too busy chasing tourists who kiss in public or beating them to death.

PS. Some people use certain nationalities only when it’s convenient, when in fact they despise them! Is this hypocrisy or what?

They might be punished too, but not if the recent case in the press of the poor 14 victim being held without bail and being tried for adultery is anything to go by. The "victim" in that crime was the man.

The name refers to U and Yourbeingananus.

I hope none of their victims will be charged with adultery, as was recently the case in the UAE.
