Building without proper planning??
Wonder how they just goes on building new towers at Corniche West bay without proper planning of parking, there are very limited parking not even sufficient for the staff working there....we had a meeting and when we were about to enter, they said Parking only for employees. What are the visitors supposed to do?
The parking nearby is kinda muddy ground where vehicles are just dumbed..Pathetic
u need to leave all other jobs when you have to go these places....even i experienced this

In designing towers here in doha, the Architect's really design a suitable parking for a specific tower depending on occupancy in accordance of the rules and regulation of the Urban Planning. Sometimes the owner interfere with the design they want all spaces to be profitable and sacrifice parking area. some level parkings will turn into other spaces such as commercial establishment. this is just one of the too many reasons!

they have a plan! that's why no parking areas over there!
Let me break down the planning process for you.
1st Stage: There is an empty patch of ground, we should build a few towers there.
2nd Stage: Hey, we forgot one thing, how will people reach these towers? We need some roads. Use the spaces between the towers to make some roads.
3rd Stage: Why don't they all come and go in taxis, we now have to find a place for them to park their cars as well. This job is so tough.
Don't worry this problem will be solved with the arrival of the Metro in 8 years times, until then continue to park on the Muddy grounds.
