Any body here who are interested in outdoor activities? a friend of mine showed me a place where we can do trekking, mt. biking,trail running and camping. it's a nice place though i haven't explored it yet. we are planning to go camping this coming friday, if you want to go with us just pm me.see u!

i've been there last thursday. i spent almost two hours riding on my mt.bike.i started around 1540 to 1720. not so hot actually. i made some stops to rest beside the bush.

i found a lot of signs that there were really people who campd in there, but sad to say, the signs were garbages left behind and broken bottles. not good signs huh! the place is rough, mostly stones, there are few shrubs growing and there are also spots consist of dried mud. those were plain and you can set up your tents in there.

i found a good camp site. it is the biggest plain portion i have seen sorrounded with the bushes.

for trail running it's not really a good plce coz the trails were not really stablished but my friend she used to run there. we're going to do running around november.

for mt. biking it's a nice place i've seen so far.

and for me it's a great place for camping.

No.this invitation is for anybody who loves outdoors and wanted to meet fellow outdoor buffs.we usually go treking and mt.biking with my wife. my friend who showed me the trails is a female.

toxic_nurse, sure you are welcome to join us. you can find good bikes at skateshack in salwa and sports... salwa also beside ramada. opposite of KFC.

yeah it's getting hotter now, but not early in the morning and late in the afternoon.

no problem we can do camping on november onwards. we will call again maybe november.

i really mean mt.bikes. qatar is not all sand. most of the area is made of small rocks. the place is at the back of muaither.check it out! i've rode there once i'm not very familiar of the place beyond. my friend she always went there trail running and off road biking.

Lol...kanaway...so you are in Qatar after all.

And treking in this weather is not my cup of tea....maybe if its in winter and with loads of water then its a possibility.

And are you talking about quad biking or cycle? Although Qatar is relatively flat I m not so sure how the mountain bike/cycle will function in soft dune sand.

Treking in Winter would be real fun. If you could repeat this call around winter time I might turn up.

yeah you're right there's no mountains here. i should have said off road biking using a mt. bike huh! i think finding sinkholes is fun. why don't we go out there and find some? pm if you are intersted to go for a ride.

There are intresting adventure activities like looking up sinkholes in qatar (which used to have fresh drinking water in them).

Anyway....how about rock-climbing?.....there is supposed a artifical wall in Aspire...
