agree to that. angels and demons are better then da vinci code. but both are good book. only one is better then other. try read steve berry books also, they quiet intriging special the amber room and the templar legacy.

I agree, I liked Angels and Demons much more than Da Vinci Code. After reading them both, Da Vinci Code felt like it was a rushed poorly written version of Angels and Demons!
i happen to read angels and demons first before i got interest with davinci code...far interesting than davinci, got me more intrigue with this illuminattis whether they still do exist..

I have read all of Dan Brown's books. I like Angels and Demons, I actually thought it was more intricate and less obvious than Da Vinci Code, Saying that, if it wasn't for Da VInci Code then I wouldn't have bothered to read all the others.
Digital Fortress is ok,a little predictable but I enjoyed it. Read Deception Point that was very clever. Dan Brown has an amazing mind to be able to have so many twists and turns

The book did drag on for a bit. The ending was great. It should make a much better movie then the Da Vinci Code.
Da Vinci code was great for its freshness. I don't remember a recent thriller of the genre that handled European local with so much historical perspective.

amnesia - Angels needs more than your sales pitch, it's not convincing enough. It needs to be made into a movie or be involved in a court case. :)
RocknRoll - I'm not sure if Angels would work as a movie, either it'll be a really long movie or it will be chopped to bits.

Good books though, both of them.
I think Angles & Demons has a better plot, but Da Vinci code is more well-paced. Angels & Demons drags on a bit in some parts.
