Easy Product Photography
By djustified •
Product photographs look great when the item is surrounded by a clean background. Lighting is a factor that makes the difference. A lightbox is required to provide sufficient lighting which could be expensive. This video shows how to make your own lightbox at home, at the lowest cost.

Baldrick: Thank you very much bro. And nice to know that you have your own Lightbox.. I need to get mine done soon.
JohnRMcD: Baldrick is spot on. Knowledge , experience and out of the box thinking makes a good Artiste. Reading the camera manual is one of the most important things that needs to be done and until you do that, even the best equipment will be of no difference from the normal. Make sure to join the QL photography group. There you will find unlimited learning materials on Photography from a variety of talented photographers. You can also participate in gatherings the members organize..
Will do. Thanks for the advice. I'm the kind of guy that when I buy something, I read the owner's manual front to back once or twice before I even start trying to operate it. I'll start looking at cameras soon and eventually let you guys help me pick one out.
I have a homemade lightbox already :o)
John, it's not just the camera, it's also the knowledge and competence of the operator! Take a look at some of DJ's other posts for a bit more insight.
JohnRMcD : Get yourself a DSLR.. it will turn out a great investment with time!
I desperately need to invest in a good camera.
