this is not the Philippines to seek only kabayans. Such cultural segregation are discriminatory to other races and nationals and only promote hatred.
Besides communication can only be unbiased when conducted in generally accepted languages in Qatar, namely Arabic & English.
If kabayans cannot integrate with anyone other then their own, they should go back home.

It is not a question of being elite or not as there are really good IT people regardless of nationalities.
As explained, it is much easier to communicate when you are both kabayan..it is much easier coz you speak the same language.
